PLANNING
Our customer representatives, by targeting our customers’s priorities, coordinate their demands within the enterprise in the most accurate way to the work flow and take care of the customers meticulously after the sale as well as before the sale.
CUTTING
In our slaughterhouse "Tetra Cad" mold system is used and the prepared molds are converted into pastes by means of a plotter device and cut. All the produced parts are meticulously sorted and grouped according to the sewing workshop.
PRINTING
It serves as three separate units in the printing area. It has our octopus printing and transfer printing units together. It serves as 3 separate units in our printing area. In our octopus printing unit; Printing types such as water-based pigment, plastic, aging, abrasion, foil, embossing, 3D effect , caviar and reflector can be made. In our transfer printing unit; Many types of transfer printing such as water-based, reinforced, non-reinforced, offset, screen printing, PVC and reflector printing are made. Sublimation printing; The image is made on a 100% polyester garment or other polymer-coated floor.
EMBROIDERY
All kinds of embroidery designs are prepared by our embroidery designer and everything from sample work to production is completed in-house.
SEWING
Our sewing workshop is the point where semi-finished products become products after each stage is completed with precision before sewing within the demands of our customers. In the phase of the business plan, which starts with planning, from theory to practice, it is stitched and completed by our colleagues, who work meticulously as in every unit.
IRONING / PACKAGING & QUALITY CONTROL
The products that have passed the quality control are made ready for packaging after ironing with precision. In the final control stage, it is aimed to inspect the products in accordance with the criteria, which are in compliance with the quality standards and which get closer to our customers with precision in all processes.
SHIPPING
Our orders are classified according to certain criteria (shipping day, place, loading vehicle, route, amount, etc.) and shipped from our warehouse together with the relevant official documents to be delivered to the requested places.
